Return and Refund Policies

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to providing you a selection of high quality products and excellent customer service.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee if your order isn't what you were hoping for. Simply contact us with your name and order number to receive a return authorization (RA) number. You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return, as well as any restocking fees that may apply (typically 15-20% of the order cost, depending on the supplier).

All canceled orders are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. If your order has shipped, you will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and any re-stocking fees associated.

In the unlikely event your chair arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team and we will work with your and your chair's supplier to repair or replace your order.

 Guidelines:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all included paperwork and hardware. For an additional fee, we can provide appropriate packaging if you no longer have yours. However, we recommend that you keep the original packaging for 30 days in case a return is necessary.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and fees related to the return.
  • Items damaged during your 30-day return window cannot be accepted.

 Refunds:

Once your return has been processed and accepted, we will issue your refund. Please note that if you selected white glove delivery for your initial order, this fee is non-refundable. All refunds will be made only to the credit card/payment method used to place the original order.

 

Caveats/Fine Print:

  • For Medical Breakthrough Chairs Only- Once you receive the chair, you have 7 days to use it. If you are unhappy with your chair for whatever reason, please call us to request a return authorization number. You can return the chair within 7 days of receiving it. Please remember that all items for return should be in their original condition and packaging. The original packaging can be purchased for $550. You must also put the chair back in the original packing and strap it on the pallet it came in prior to the freight company picking it up. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to keep the original cartons and packaging, and we recommend you keep it until you are sure you won't need to return it. Customers are responsible for all freight shipping charges and white glove fees, as well as a 25% restocking fee no matter what was offered when you purchase the chair. After receiving and inspecting the massage chair, we will issue a refund. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in resalable condition, including all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days the RA number was issued.
